the breakfast had very tasty coffee. the location is super close to a tram station. it is also very close to a station of the marmaray line. it brings you to the asian side quickly.

The breakfast was very various. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view during breakfast. It faced the Bosphorus. Elif, from guest relations, was helpful with all my requests. It made my mornings better.
The reception staff could be more friendly and smile. I asked the hotel receptionist to call Eyup Sultan about the cable cars. He said there was no number, but ChatGPT helped me find it.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many historical landmarks.
I was disappointed that housekeeping did not change the bed sheets despite my wife leaving a clear card. I asked the receptionist to check if the cable cars at Eyup Sultan were open, but he did not call and just responded that 'they should be open'. (I found the number myself with ChatGPT!)

The breakfast had LOTS of options daily. That was acceptable.
I was REALLY frustrated about the spa. The pool was NOT heated, and the jacuzzi was barely lukewarm. They STILL made me pay for a swim cap before I could even get in. I ended up paying extra for something I couldn't even USE.

Lovely Hotel, Great Staff

I liked the hotel location very much. It was near the tram station. This made accessing different parts of the city easy. Breakfast offered many options. The staff was very helpful in providing local information. They assisted me with planning my days.
The doors to rooms are loud. This made it difficult to sleep. Guests returning late are noisy.
